The information provided in your application form is not held by this site. It will be used by the relevant District Health Board for the purpose of assessing your suitability for employment.  All information that you provide is strictly confidential and will not be shown to anyone who is not entitled to see it.

If your application is successful then the information will form part of your staff record and will be used for human resource management purposes.

If your application is not successful then the information will be held by the relevant District Health Board in a secure manner and then destroyed after 3 months.

Our web servers may track your IP address to help gather broad demographic information. Such information is gathered in aggregate only and cannot be traced to an individual user.
